Drinking Blueberries
Drinking Blueberries, my new book about my journey from infertility to fertility, is being self-published so keep an eye out for that in the coming months. I’m learning to translate what I have taught over the last 20 years in my practice in a new way and that has been very gratifying. I had so much fun writing for The Wellness District Blog, and I’m leaning in to all the new ways to get my message out there which is to never give up on the possibility of achieving optimal health and wellness, and especially on becoming a parent!
